Traffic advisory signs last weekend flashed warnings about congestion associated with the pope's upcoming visit to Philadelphia, but the location of the signs perhaps gave some motorists reason for a double take. The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission posted signs on the Northeast Extension in the Poconos, some 100 miles away from Philadelphia, which will host Pope Francis this weekend for events including a Sunday papal Mass that's expected to draw more than 1 million people to the city's Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
