GURGAON: Although the day was about motivating people to stick to public transport, traffic snarls were still reported in different parts of the city. Apparently, organizers ended up facing more hurdles than they were prepared for to having an actual Car-Free Day. As a result, what was expected to be a weekly drive has now been postponed to next month. At an hour when all top cops including police commissioner Navdeep Singh Virk and JCP Bharti Arora were busy cycling at the launch of the drive, heavy traffic snarls were reported at different spots in the city.
