Official Spokesperson, Shri Raveesh Kumar:Good evening all of you and thank you for coming to this special press briefing at a rather short notice. Today was the first day of the visit of the President of European Council and the European Commission and we also had the 14th India-EU Summit earlier today. To brief you all on the visit and on the summit I have with me Secretary (West) in the Ministry of External Affairs, Mrs. Ruchi Ghanshyam. I also have our Ambassador in Brussels Gayatri and the Jt.
