GURGAON: Traffic was thrown out of gear near Cyber City during the morning rush hour on Monday, after an experimental diversion in the area led to chaos. Faulty traffic signals, no signage and poor coordination among police and private agencies gave commuters a harrowing time, with waterlogging in the area due to early morning rains adding to the problem.
